You will receive the features and features provided in the specific products of the platform you have registered or acquired. You agree to integrate the API into the platform`s applications only to access certain features you have subscribed to, and only through the API and associated tools and services. You ensure that your use of the platform`s products is consistent at all times with the limits of the platforms, these conditions and applicable legislation. 15.9 Applicable law; Dispute resolution. This Agreement and all disputes or claims (contractual or non-contractual) arising from or in connection with it, its purpose or birth are governed and interpreted and applied in all respects in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Each contracting party irrevocably agrees that the courts in England and Wales have sole jurisdiction over disputes or claims (contractual or non-contractual) arising from or related to this agreement, its purpose or birth. All disputes, controversies or claims (contractual or non-contractual) arising from or related to this agreement, its purpose or formation are subject to final conclusion by an arbitration procedure of the London Court of International Arbitration (“LCIA”); if it is not available, such another similar group, which former judges may make available as an arbitrator) in accordance with the Arbitration Act 1996 and the rules of the LCIA at the time of presentation (which are inserted by reference) by a single arbitrator who has) fluent in written and spoken English, the language that governs that agreement, and b) qualified and experienced with cloud or Internet services. The place of such arbitration will be in London, United Kingdom. The arbitrator`s judgment is final, not subject to appeal (to the extent that it is not inconsistent with the applicable law) and binds the parties and can be registered with any competent court. Without prejudice to the above, Box may bring an action in the courts of another state, competent for reasons other than the choice of the contracting parties, to request (i) that an injunction, order or other non-monetary exemption (or its equivalence in another state) be sought; and/or (ii) any dispensation or remedy which, if granted (or its equivalent) by the courts of England and Wales, would not be enforceable in such another state.
Nothing in this section 15.9 (applicable law; Dispute resolution) will limit or limit the application of any contracting party, as a protection of omission or by any other fair exemption from a competent court. 27.2 Boxing materials and boxing tools.
